Manawatu Turbos Sponsorship
Higgins Concrete is proudly the principal partner for the Manawatu Turbos.
2025 Higgins Concrete Golf Tournament
In October 2025 Higgins Concrete held our second annual Higgins Concrete Golf Tournament.
This year our chosen charity was I AM HOPE, an amazing organisation helping New Zealand's youth with their mental health.
The day was a huge success, raising over $34,000 for the charity.
2024 Higgins Concrete Golf Tournament
In October 2024 Higgins Concrete held the inaugural Higgins Concrete Golf Tournament to raise money for the Cancer Society.
The team managed to raise $10,000 for the Cancer Society and a new annual tradition was born for Higgins Concrete.
Arapuke Mountain Bike Park
To support the Manawatu Mountain Bike Club’s development of the Arapuke Forest Park, the Higgins family supplied and transported aggregate for the new trail and donated a culvert for the park. The install of the culvert now allows riders to complete the whole trail without having to cross the walking trail or merge onto other trails.
KartSport Manawatu & Wellington
The Higgins family are a long time sponsor for KartSport Manawatu and Wellington. You’ll often find us on the BBQ or even on the track!
Lions Mini Golf
The Higgins family partnered with the Middle Districts Lions Club in the construction of the Mini Golf course at Victoria Esplanade in Palmerston North. We are proud to have helped make this project a reality by donating labour and materials.
